Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Santa Rosa is seeking an EHS Technical Leader to serve as the senior technical authority on environmental regulatory compliance and risk. You will lead cross-functional projects, develop long-range EHS strategies, and partner with engineering, legal, and site leadership to drive growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 10–12+ years of experience in EHS with strong California expertise, plus professional certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field with strong environmental focus.
• 10–12+ years of progressive EHS experience leading programs across sites or countries.
• Expert knowledge of U.S. federal and California environmental regulation and regulator engagement.
• Experience with environmental regulation outside the U.S. (Europe/APAC) preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor tech, engineering, manufacturing, or advanced materials environments.
• Professional certification or license (REM, CIH, CSP, PE, CHMM or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional EHS projects from scoping to delivery, managing schedules, resources, budgets, and stakeholders.
• Develop long-range environmental and EHS roadmaps to scale across sites and regions.
• Translate business strategy and regulatory changes into structured projects with milestones and success measures.
• Lead hazard and risk assessments for new processes, materials, equipment, and facilities.
• Manage EHS vendors, consultants and contractors, setting technical requirements and ensuring performance.
