E-Logic Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS Project Manager to provide senior-level environmental, health, and safety advisory and project management for the DOS EHS Services contract.

The role oversees domestic industrial hygiene and safety across DHS facilities, delivering expert guidance and maintaining compliance with federal OSHA standards. The position requires strong program management and stakeholder skills, with on-site duties at the Harry S Truman Building in Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years managing EHS programs for a large, multi-worksite federal agency.
• Contract oversight experience.
• Applying facilities-related safety and occupational health policies and principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and advise on domestic industrial hygiene and safety issues across DOS facilities.
• Provide expert advisory services on industrial hygiene topics, including IAQ, exposure assessments, PPE, and asbestos oversight.
• Advise on safety matters such as construction safety, fall protection, NFPA 70E, JHA, and incident investigations.
• Review plans for health and safety issues and monitor contractor performance (Maximo).
• Develop, modify, and optimize work processes and protective devices to reduce injuries.
• Use field testing equipment to assess threats from mail or unknown powder incidents.
• Develop and deliver EHS training to affected organizations and individuals.
• Prepare technical reports, letters, and maintain website content via SharePoint.
• Provide on-call support for after-hours emergencies and maintain reliable communication.
