Aecon Utilities is seeking a Manager, EHS in Cincinnati, OH to lead environmental, health and safety programs across utility construction. You will drive a proactive safety culture and ensure OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance while partnering with project teams, clients and subcontractors to protect people and projects.

Ideal candidate: 10+ years of heavy civil EHS leadership, BS degree, CSP and CUSP (or ability to obtain), and strong training/leadership skills; experience with Cority and MS Office is

Qualificações

• 10+ years of health and safety leadership on heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Solid understanding of OHSA and related regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; CSP/CUSP within 6 months or ability to obtain.
• Experience delivering EHS training programs to teams and leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead environmental, health and safety programs across utility construction operations.
• Drive a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and DOT.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to minimize risk and improve performance.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations; implement corrective actions.
• Lead emergency preparedness, training, and EHS communications across sites.
