Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Senior Manager for our Pennsylvania plant. Lead site EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive a culture of safety across operations.

Responsibilities include hazard assessments, training, injury management, and staff leadership to continuously improve health and safety performance. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

High School diploma/GED.
8+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Establishes and develops site operation-specific Health and Safety programs and drives implementation.
Partners with other support functions to ensure EHS objectives are mutually considered.
Provides guidance on regulatory compliance and hazard prevention related to Employee Health and Safety.
Performs hazard assessments evaluating engineering controls and protective equipment.
Trains personnel on mandatory OSHA compliance and hazard-specific training.
Leads injury management and workers' compensation claims management.
Champions safety culture and coordinates site safety committees.
Manages local S&H staff and integrates the site safety plan.
