Amazon in Erlanger, KY is hiring a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead a comprehensive safety program across our operations. You’ll partner with site leadership to embed safety into daily work, use data analytics to reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement that protects our people.

You’ll build and mentor a high-performing WHS team, conduct risk assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in EHS/Environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 5+ years in people and performance management roles.
• Preferred: experience in distribution centers or manufacturing EHS with large teams; lean/process improvement experience; Certified Safety Professional.
