Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in safety and Process Safety Management (PSM) activities.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of high-hazard chemical operations and process safety management in regulated facilities.
• Background in industrial manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support for safety programs across the site.
• Drive implementation of EHS best practices and enhance employee engagement.
• Partner with leadership on EHS policy implementation.
• Develop and support site EHS strategy and objectives annually.
