Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
• 10+ years of EHS leadership experience in manufacturing/regulated environments.
• 5+ years leading teams, managers, or multi-site EHS programs.
• Experience managing compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Experience developing and managing EHS budgets and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of EHS strategies, plans, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation.
• Manage EHS compliance programs across local, state, and federal regulations.
• Direct EHS incident investigations, identify root causes, and track corrective actions.
• Oversee emergency response, hazardous materials handling, waste management, training, inspections, and change management.
• Lead and develop EHS professionals and cross-functional initiatives to deliver safety metrics and continuous improvement.
