Job summary

Shirley Parsons is recruiting a multi-site EHS Manager for a national aerospace manufacturer in the greater Los Angeles area. The role oversees environmental compliance including Title V and collaborates with local leadership and the EHS team to ensure regulatory adherence.

The candidate will develop and manage EHS programs, lead OSHA training, conduct audits, and participate in incident investigations to determine root causes and corrective actions across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related degree preferred.
• 7+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, focused on environmental compliance.
• Knowledge of OSHA and other regulatory standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and implement appropriate EHS programs and procedures to meet federal, state, local, and corporate requirements.
• Lead continual improvement of the EHS culture, manage OSHA training, ensure compliance with permits.
• Complete audits and site visits to identify and address regulatory, permit, and compliance issues.
• Participate in incident investigation teams to determine root causes and corrective actions.
