The position requires extensive EHS leadership experience in industrial manufacturing, knowledge of ISO 45001:2018, and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years EHS experience in industrial manufacturing with supervision experience.
• Experience with ISO 45001:2018.
• Experience managing/leading occupational safety & health programs.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and EHS project leadership.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and influence EHS programs to meet OSHA/ISO requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement EHS initiatives across the Fort Worth site.
• Conduct industrial hygiene surveys, noise and air monitoring as needed.
• Coordinate training on risk assessment, PPE, and emergency response.
• Engage regulators and external counsel as required and respond to changes.
• Ensure site conformance with ISO 14001/45001 standards.
