Job summary

SAVI EHS is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager for an immediate opening on a large-scale Construction Project in Boise, ID. The role involves leading safety compliance, conducting inspections, and promoting a zero-incident culture with project leadership and trade partners.

The position is a full-time, W-2 contract for 3-4 months with hourly pay between $45.00 and $50.00. Immediate start available for an on-site role in Boise, Idaho.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction EHS experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and field engagement skills.
• OSHA Construction Standards (29 CFR 1926) knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS compliance across the project site.
• Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, and field observations.
• Facilitate site-specific safety orientations and training.
• Support crane activities and high-risk construction operations.
• Review DHAs and JHAs and work-planning activities.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain strong safety culture with project leadership.
• Monitor subcontractor safety compliance.
• Develop and improve site-specific EHS plans.
