Job summary

ITAC, an ENR-ranked design-build firm with a nationwide footprint, seeks an EHS Manager to lead safety programs across manufacturing, assembly and fabrication operations in North Carolina. You will develop policies, train teams, conduct incident investigations and coordinate OSHA recordkeeping while promoting ITAC's core values and safety culture.

The role requires OSHA 30, 7+ years managing EHS programs in construction or manufacturing, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Hour General Industry certification.
• Minimum 7 years of EHS program management experience in construction or manufacturing.
• AT least one year of management/oversight experience for direct reports.
• Advanced coursework or training in EHS subjects and college level courses and degrees.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to drive to project sites with company vehicles.
• OSHA 500/501 Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate ITAC's EHS program across sites and shop operations.
• Develop EHS policies, assessments, programs and training materials.
• Conduct detailed incident investigations and OSHA recordkeeping activities.
• Coach and train project employees in safety and health best practices.
• Collaborate with operations to identify hazards and implement solutions.
