Job summary

SkyWater Technology, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Senior EHS Manager to lead environmental, health and safety programs across our Texas operations. You will develop ISO14001/ISO45001 compliant systems, drive regulatory compliance, and foster a proactive safety culture.

You will manage a team, set objectives, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to reduce risk and improve processes. A background in chemically intensive manufacturing and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing EHS programs in manufacturing.
• Experience with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Strong emphasis on chemical safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.
• Experience in implementing ISO 14001/45001 programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Environmental (ISO14001) and Health & Safety (ISO45001) management systems.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Represent site with third parties including regulatory bodies such as OSHA.
• Set EHS objectives, strategies, and metrics with business groups.
• Develop and manage the EHS team, including Emergency Response Team.
