Job summary

SkyWater Technology Foundry, Inc. seeks a Senior EHS Manager to develop and monitor EHS programs, promote a safe workplace, and ensure regulatory compliance across our Texas operations.

Lead the EHS team, implement ISO standards, and coordinate with regulators and internal teams to mitigate risks and improve safety culture. This role requires a U.S. Person under ITAR and offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience managing EHS programs, including people management experience.
• EHS experience in chemically intensive manufacturing industry.
• Experience in environmental management, permit and regulatory compliance including Air, Water and Waste.
• Technical experience in occupational health and safety with a strong emphasis in chemical safety/compatibility.
• Ability to apply EHS and regulatory knowledge to business decisions, including the development of implementation plans for applicable requirements.
• Strong ability to negotiate and manage people, equipment, and process changes relative to EHS.
• Ability to build, motivate and lead cross-functional teams to meet project objectives with a focus on measurable results.
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft suite (excel, word, power-point).
• U.S. Person Required: ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the ISO14001 Environmental and ISO45001 Health & Safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and agency communications.
• Represent the site with third parties, including neighbors, local councils, and regulatory bodies including OSHA and environmental agencies.
• Establish EHS objectives, goals, strategies, and KPIs with affected business groups.
• Develop and manage the EHS team, including the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
