Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of EHS leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with OSHA/Cal/OSHA, EPA, and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's EHS function across multiple facilities with coaching and development of the team.
• Develop and continuously improve the EHS Management System, policies, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/Cal/OSHA, EPA/CalEPA, DTSC, and other environmental requirements.
• Lead incident investigations, corrective actions, and performance improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve safety culture and risk management.
