Qualifications

• 7 years of EH&S experience in a manufacturing environment.
• OSHA 30 Hour Certification or equivalent safety training.
• Knowledge of federal safety and environmental laws (OSHA, EPA).
• Ability to coordinate with outside agencies and contracted employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using software to analyze data, generate reports, and perform RCCA/5-Whys analyses.

Responsibilities

• Support safe practices in alignment with company commitments, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Act as an OSHA and EPA regulatory compliance resource.
• Lead or participate in incident investigations and root-cause analysis; work with operations to determine corrective action.
• Perform risk and hazard assessments to determine employee risk and mitigate exposures.
