Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a senior Environmental, Health, and Safety leader to drive EHS strategy and governance across large projects. You will align project priorities with enterprise goals and guide teams and partners to achieve safe, compliant delivery.

Lead investigations, mentor professionals, and engage with regulators and stakeholders to improve EHS outcomes and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associates degree in safety, EH&S, engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years in construction EHS with leadership of large or mega projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction required; OSHA 500 training required.
• First Aid/CPR/AED/Naloxone preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines project-wide EHS strategy, goals, and maturity targets.
• Oversees EHS governance and audit programs across project phases.
• Leads serious-incident investigations and sharing findings enterprise-wide.
• Partners with executives and trade partners to mitigate high-risk work.
• Develops and mentors project EHS professionals across the enterprise.
• Represents the project in regulatory interactions and EHS forums.
• Tracks and reports EHS performance metrics and trends.
