This role focuses on creating and implementing location-specific EHS policies while ensuring compliance and managing risks. The ideal candidate has over 5 years in the safety field, with 2 years overseeing safety management for a mid-size manufacturer. Qualifications

• 5 years or more in safety field with 2 or more years overseeing total safety management program for a mid-size manufacturer.
• Experience in managing and administering a comprehensive industrial safety program, loss control, workers' compensation insurance, Environmental and OSHA regulations.
• Experience in training workforces and developing training programs, especially online with user interaction.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and manage components of EHS risk and communications.
• Develop and implement location-specific EHS policies and procedures.
• Lead, manage, and improve EHS initiatives across YAI and subsidiaries.
• Ensure compliance-related activities are robust and maintained.
