Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Safety and Health professional to lead site safety programs in a relocation-eligible role. You will work with minimal supervision to apply safety principles, train auditors, and coordinate multi-site safety actions with Corporate Safety guidance.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering or related field, 3–5 years of safety experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects while supporting regulatory compliance across facilities in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of safety experience.
• Knowledge of government regulations concerning health, safety & the environment.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Strong service orientation and interpersonal/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports compliance with all applicable regulations and internal standards.
• Analyzes safety and performance indicators and determines appropriate countermeasures.
• Leads cross-functional teams in safety projects and Kaizens.
• Trains auditors and supports audits, inspections and investigations.
• Develops site safety programs and performs risk assessments with engineering.
