Allen Control Systems is seeking an experienced safety leader to own and scale our manufacturing safety program. You will develop and implement policies, training, compliance systems, and hazard controls across our facility, including high-energy and weapons-related considerations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• 5+ years leading and developing EHS teams and cross-functional safety programs.
• Deep expertise in OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and applicable regulations.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's long-term Environmental, Health & Safety strategy.
• Establish safety management systems, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Serve as executive owner of safety culture, accountability, and stop-work authority.
• Lead enterprise risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across operations.
• Oversee PPE, machine guarding, LOTO, hazardous materials and industrial hygiene programs.
• Provide leadership for field testing, training, and regulatory inspections.
