Relativity Space is seeking a Senior EHS Specialist to lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety program management across our manufacturing sites. You will drive corrective actions, support cross‑functional teams, and promote a strong safety culture in a fast‑paced rocket‑assembly environment.

You will collaborate with engineers and technicians, ensuring compliance with OSHA, CalOSHA, and hazardous waste regulations while shaping EHS strategy and programs that enable safe speed

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Sciences, or similar.
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience working in the EHS field.
• Project management of safety programs in dynamic manufacturing environments (Crane, High Pressure, High Voltage, Industrial Hygiene, Laser Safety).
• Demonstrate innovative, technical approach to investigations, risk mitigation, and EHS policies.
• Strategic, collaborative mindset to provide SME EHS support across departments.
• Knowledge of CalOSHA, SCAQMD, DTSC, RCRA and hazardous waste regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Driving incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
• Develop and review risk assessments, such as JHAs.
• Provide collaborative EHS support to engineers, specialists, and technicians.
• Drive initiatives that foster a positive safety culture across teams.
• Prepare and provide OSHA compliance support for EHS activities and documentation.
• Monitor hazardous chemicals handling, storage, spill prevention and mitigation controls.
