Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking an EHS Manager to lead safety management system development and processes for Midstream operations. You will mentor operations teams, implement SMS elements, and drive improvements in incident prevention and safety culture.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, delivering safety training, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires travel up to 50% and strong analytical/report-writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in occupational safety or equivalent degree is required or equivalent
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills are required
• Demonstrated ability to be innovative, tactical, initiate and manage change, work collaboratively and lead

Responsibilities

• Champions the Pilot safety stand, vision, values, and Zero Starts with Me Principles with internal stakeholders and external contractors
• Develops and implements EHS-governance processes to ensure SMS and regulatory compliance
• Installs and guides safety training, incident investigation, and corrective actions across sites
• Leads incident investigations using Why Tree, Ishikawa, or similar methodologies
• Develops SMS improvements, monitors metrics, and communicates outcomes to stakeholders
• Provides leadership and coaching to operations teams on EHS programs and initiatives
