Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a related field.
• 3 years of experience as an EHS manager or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, implement, and maintain EHS systems and handbooks.
• Develop, coach and mentor EHS teams.
• Work with HR on Workers Compensation case management.
• Interpret and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Lead EHS audits and prepare detailed reports with findings.
• Collaborate with corporate functions on EH&S topics.
• Develop and deliver EH&S trainings for varied audiences.
• Coordinate with insurance providers and ensure site contingency planning.
