Job summary

DCI is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee environmental, health, and safety programs across two locations, with primary oversight in Linden, NJ. The role ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and NJDEP, and leads the TCPA program.

You will drive incident investigations, risk reduction, waste management, training, and safety culture, while supporting a second site in Chesapeake, VA. Travel up to 30% and salary range of $80,000–$100,000 with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field required.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in chemical manufacturing or heavy industrial operations.
• Direct TCPA/PSM experience with NJDEP regulations required.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NJDEP regulations and confinement, LOTO, fall protection, hot work.
• Certifications such as CSP, CHMM, or ASP preferred.
• Travel up to 30% to support regional facilities.

Responsibilities

• TC PA program ownership and NJDEP regulatory compliance at Linden, NJ.
• Lead risk assessments, PHAs, and MOC processes for chemical storage and tank wash operations.
• Provide regional EHS leadership and training for secondary site in Chesapeake, VA.
• Investigate incidents, apply RCA, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee wastewater, air permits, and hazardous waste management.
• Deliver mandatory EHS training and foster a proactive safety culture.
