Job summary

Banda Group International, LLC (BGI) seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Professional to support a semiconductor project in Austin, Texas. You will lead safety and compliance programs, ensuring OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards are met while fostering a culture of safety for employees and contractors.

Ideal candidates have experience in high-tech construction environments, strong leadership, and the ability to manage regulatory audits and EHS reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• 5 years of EHS experience in data centers, critical facilities, construction, or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and related standards.
• Certifications preferred: CHST/OHST or similar, contractor safety programs experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee EHS policies for data center operations and construction.
• Lead audits, regulatory compliance, and incident investigations with leadership reports.
• Organize safety training for employees and contractors and track EHS metrics.
• Collaborate with operations to drive corrective actions and safety improvements.
