Job summary

Siemens Buildings is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Coordinator to lead and support a broad range of EHS programs on the production floor. You will be the daily contact for safety questions, identify hazards, and drive compliance with ISO standards and internal Siemens requirements.

You will audit, train, and coach teams, manage EHS committees, and track corrective actions to build a strong safety culture across all shifts, with a hands‑on, operational focus on daily EHS

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of EHS regulations, standards and best practices.
• Experience supporting ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 management systems.
• Experience conducting EHS inspections, audits and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide day‑to‑day EHS support to production teams as the primary safety contact.
• Participate in internal and external ISO audits (ISO 14001 and 45001).
• Conduct routine EHS inspections to identify hazards and compliance gaps; escalate overdue actions.
• Manage EHS committees and safety meetings; communicate key safety information across shifts.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs to enhance awareness and accountability.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Oversee Management of Change to ensure EHS risks are identified and mitigated.
• Manage environmental compliance activities including waste and chemical management; spill prevention.
• Monitor and report EHS metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Promote ownership of safety across floors and empower employees to participate.
