CapstoneONE Search represents a leading consumer products organization seeking a Senior Environmental Specialist who will report to the Director of EHS and serve as a key member of the site EHS team. The role focuses on regulatory reporting, permits, audits, and promoting a proactive environmental culture across the facility.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering/Technology, EHS, or related field.
• 2+ years of environmental experience within a manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Experience supporting health and safety programs in addition to environmental compliance activities.
• Working knowledge of environmental compliance programs, permitting, reporting, recordkeeping, and regulatory requirements (RCRA, CWA, CAA); TRI and Tier II experience preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply federal, state, and local environmental regulations, with strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Mansioni

• Lead and support environmental compliance activities related to wastewater, storm water, chemical management, waste disposal, recycling, permitting, and regulatory reporting
• Maintain accurate environmental records, reports, permits, and compliance documentation in accordance with federal, state, local, and internal requirements
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings, including air emissions inventories, hazardous waste manifests, SPCC/SWPPP plans, TRI, and Tier II reporting
• Evaluate production, process, equipment, and operational changes to ensure environmental requirements are maintained or improved
• Conduct internal environmental audits and inspections to identify compliance gaps and drive corrective actions
• Oversee wastewater pretreatment, storm water management, and spill prevention/response programs
• Track and report environmental KPIs and metrics to plant and corporate leadership
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and plant leadership to promote accountability, communication, and a proactive EHS culture across the facility
