Job summary
AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking an experienced EHS Engineer to join a manufacturing site in Johnson City, TN. The role leads EHS&S programs to ensure regulatory compliance, employee safety, and environmental stewardship across multiple locations in Eastern Tennessee. The position offers relocation coverage and a base salary commensurate with experience. Candidates should have 5+ years in EHS within manufacturing and ISO 14001/45001 experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of EHS management experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of EPA, TDEC, DOT, and OSHA requirements; ISO 14001/45001 experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the EHSS budget.
- Represent the facility on the Global EHSS Council.
- Administer ISO-based EHSS management systems and reporting platforms.
- Develop and administer job hazard analyses (JHAs) and safety audits.
- Ensure safety equipment inspection and maintenance programs.
- Develop and monitor environmental, health, and safety initiatives.
