Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced EHS professional to support the Space Systems division. You will review environmental, health, and safety regulations, implement programs to ensure compliance, and partner with leaders to strengthen EHS culture and risk controls.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to navigate complex safety challenges across manufacturing environments. Travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• 8 years of EHS experience with a BS; 6 years with MS; 4 years with PhD or equivalent experience.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving under safety principles; time management is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret environmental, health, and safety regulations for site applicability.
• Assist with implementation of EHS programs to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Partner with leaders to improve culture, awareness, and accountability for EHS.
