Job summary

Relativity Space, Inc. is seeking a Senior EHS Program Manager to scale our Environmental Health and Safety management systems across sites and programs. You will drive ISO 45001/14001 alignment, create policies, and build data platforms with cross-functional teams.

You will lead enterprise-wide EHS standards, develop dashboards with BigQuery and Power BI, and guide risk assessments. This role blends strategy, operations, and analytics to advance a world-class safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing ISO 45001/14001 management systems.
• Strong data analytics capabilities with BI tools.
• Ability to write clear EHS policies, standards, and procedures.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide EHS programs across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Further the development and implementation Relativity's EHS Management System aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Design, build, and manage EHS data systems and analytics platforms.
• Lead requirements definition and implementation of EHS data infrastructure.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting systems for EHS performance, trends, and risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable EHS programs.
