Job summary

DrinkPAK is seeking an EHS Manager to lead safety, health, and regulatory compliance across our operations in Fort Worth, TX. The role drives the DrinkPAK safety program, trains staff, and ensures adherence to OSHA, DOT, NFPA, and EPA requirements while coordinating with insurance providers.

The position requires experience managing multi-site EHS programs, a strong safety record, and the ability to implement strategic improvements across plant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Occupational Health or related field.
• 5–10 years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, NFPA, EPA regulations and insurance requirements.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement programs to enhance safety culture across all functions.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Identify hazard evaluations and implement EHS programs and best practices.
• Evaluate safety program effectiveness using KPIs and drive improvements.
• Coordinate Safety Committee activities and provide regulatory updates.
• Assist locations to ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Develop strategic plans, monitor audits, and drive corrective actions.
• Train management to inspect facilities and address violations promptly.
• Investigate accidents to determine root causes and reduce future risk.
