Job summary

HTGSS is seeking an EHS Manager to ensure health, safety and environmental compliance across the United States. You will develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs, lead risk management, and drive continuous improvement while training employees at all levels.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to embed EHS in all processes, manage budgets, and uphold policy standards including ISO certifications and OSHA/EPA obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental or related discipline; PHR/CSP preferred.
• 8 years in HR, 5+ years in EHS leadership; automotive or supplier experience helpful.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, storm water/wastewater, RCRA, Title V, CAA, CWA and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead all EHS requirements and foster a culture of safety.
• Inspect facilities to identify safety, health and environmental risks.
• Develop and maintain Health, Safety, Industrial and Process Safety Programs.
• Audit and analyze EHS performance data; drive continuous improvement.
• Administer Workers Compensation and drug testing programs.
