ERM seeks a Principal Consultant, EHS Compliance in Philadelphia, PA or Ewing, NJ to lead and grow our Mid-Atlantic EHS services for pharmaceutical and manufacturing clients. You will drive strategy, build executive relationships, and guide complex compliance programs across sites while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of environmental/compliance consulting experience, including 3+ years of business development.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver large, complex EHS compliance programs with strong client outcomes.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, business development and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• Driver’s License required for frequent client location travel.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow ERM’s EHS compliance and auditing services across the Mid-Atlantic region through strategic leadership and market expansion.
• Build and expand executive-level relationships with pharmaceutical and manufacturing clients to secure repeat business.
• Direct permitting, compliance assurance, and auditing programs ensuring regulatory alignment and client objectives.
• Mentor consultants and foster technical excellence within the team.
• Collaborate with ERM experts across regions to deliver integrated client solutions.
