Based in Philadelphia, PA or Ewing, NJ, you’ll combine technical excellence, business development, and leadership to deliver innovative solutions that help organizations stay compliant, operate responsibly, and achieve long-term success.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Occupational Safety, Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental), Environmental Science, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of environmental/compliance consulting experience, including 3+ years of business development experience.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver large, complex EHS compliance programs while achieving exceptional client outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Build executive-level relationships with pharmaceutical and manufacturing clients to drive sales growth and long-term partnerships.
• Lead ERM’s EHS services growth across the Mid-Atlantic through strategic leadership and business development.
• Develop and implement innovative EHS compliance, auditing, and permitting strategies for operational excellence.
