Job summary

PACS is seeking a Senior EHR Specialist (Project Management) to implement Oracle PCC modules across multiple Salt Lake City area facilities. The role focuses on coordinating EHR projects, auditing module usage, and delivering hands-on PCC navigation training to clinicians and staff.

The ideal candidate will possess strong medical terminology knowledge, experience with health information systems, and a readiness to work onsite at supported facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 45 wpm typing preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and health information management is beneficial.
• On-the-job training provided in medical records systems and procedures.
• Willingness to conduct onsite training at facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct EHR-related projects and schedules.
• Audit modules and support legal and clinical teams with compliance.
• Provide PCC Navigation training for assigned modules.
• Issue monthly audit reports to leadership and legal teams.
• Maintain masterfiles of facility leaders and superusers.
