Job summary

Praxis Health is seeking a Clinical Systems Specialist to handle day-to-day technical and operational tasks across clinics. You will manage user accounts, EPCS enrollment, and provider schedules while coordinating with Oracle for system updates and SRs, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows.

You will work with Operations and Clinical Systems Training to communicate changes, support go-live activities for Oracle Health EHR, and maintain audit-ready records of access changes across the clinic

Qualifications

Clinical background or related clinical informatics education.
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and how they map to system requirements.
Ability to translate clinical needs into actionable system changes and staff-facing explanations.

Responsibilities

Create/modify/deactivate user accounts across clinical systems for onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
Manage EPCS enrollment, identity proofing, and ongoing account maintenance for providers.
Process provider schedule updates in relevant clinical systems.
Provide initial troubleshooting for access issues and system errors; escalate as needed.
Serve as daily contact with Oracle for products, updates, and SR management; escalate contractual matters.
