Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Dorothy Comfort Senior Analyst to design, build, test, and troubleshoot EHR applications for our complex Nordic clients. You will work under Application Advisors on day-to-day client work, handling issue analysis, system builds, and testing, while ensuring regulatory and safety considerations are met.

You will manage multiple client assignments, document changes, and follow change control policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or 8+ years of industry experience.
• Epic Certification in Dorothy Comfort with strong understanding of functionality.
• 3-5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Must demonstrate Nordic's maxims.
• Ability to apply problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize.
• Must be able to work independently, as well as within a team environment.
• Prior experience with ticketing systems and change management processes.
• Strong customer service track record.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, and project management experience, and participation in systems implementations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performing advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving within their application to ensure the integrity, integration, and stability of EHR applications for Nordic’s complex customers.
• Fulfilling system requests from customers by performing issue analysis within their application, translating needs into detailed requirement specifications, and performing system build and testing.
• Performing analysis of workflows system setup, and system audits, including participating in system upgrades and testing.
• Exercising moderate judgment in support of Managed Services customers, under supervision, handling escalations.
• Managing multiple customer assignments with minimal oversight, including ticketing, email communication, and calendar management.
• Managing multiple complex clients and projects simultaneously with minimal oversight, including awareness of build/process, and monitoring emails and calendars.
• Accurately completing up-to-date documentation in relevant ticketing systems, while meeting SLAs.
• Following change control policies for migrating application builds and configurations.
• Working on ad hoc projects and assisting in internal initiatives as needed.
• Providing outstanding customer service and building relationships with customer IT and operations staff.
• Onboarding new team members to customer support with orientation to client configurations and processes.
• Understanding and communicating complex system setup to internal and customer-facing teams.
• Taking on new responsibilities to grow skills for Managed Services and customers.
• Guiding peers and overseeing delegation of tasks.
