Job summary

Memorial Hermann seeks a Senior Clinical Quality Specialist with deep expertise in CMS core measures and eCQMs to lead planning, review, and control of quality documentation in the EHR. Travel between facilities may be required as part of coordinating system-wide quality initiatives.

The role requires translating complex processes into educational materials, driving change management, and collaborating with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize workflow and ensure accurate quality

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of CMS core measures and eCQMs.
• Experience with EHR data workflows (Epic preferred).
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with performance improvement projects.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to translate data into training materials.
• Experience with change management in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Design and test EHR components for eCQM reporting.
• Lead education initiatives for clinical staff on quality measures.
• Collaborate with clinicians and leaders to optimize workflows.
• Develop training materials and resources for staff.
• Promote adoption and sustainability of EHR quality components.
• Lead change management activities related to EHR adoption.
