Job summary

Quadrivia seeks an experienced integration lead to design, build, and operate the healthcare interoperability layer connecting the Quadrivia platform to U.S. health ecosystems. You will own end-to-end integration work, drive parallel teams, and set standards for reliability and security.

You will collaborate with Backend, AI, Clinical, and Implementation teams to map clinical workflows, ensure patient safety, and deliver go-live readiness across health systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/integration engineering with HL7v2 and FHIR in production healthcare environments.
