Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior EHR Data Integration Consultant for a fully remote role in the Healthcare space. You will translate clinical workflows into technical requirements, design EHR data extracts, and develop SQL-based data models for analytics to support client decision-making.

You will partner with technical teams, lead responsibilities across multiple healthcare clients, and ensure data accuracy, quality, and long-term relationships. Experience with HL7/FHIR is valued.

Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Senior EHR Data Integration Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. In this remote role, you will serve as a trusted consultant to multiple healthcare clients, helping translate clinical and operational workflows into clear technical requirements. You will design and optimize EHR data extracts, build SQL-based data models for reporting and analytics, and partner closely with technical teams to resolve data issues. This position is focused on delivering accurate, actionable healthcare data solutions that support client decision-making and long-term relationships.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $123,460 – $169,752 annually
