Job summary

Qualifications

8+ years of experience supporting EHR configuration, clinical systems implementation, workflow analysis, requirements development, validation, or healthcare IT deployment.

Responsibilities

Lead configuration discovery sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders.
Produce discovery findings documenting current and future state, gaps, and system alignment.
Translate workflows into system configuration specifications and assemble the Configuration Requirements Package.
Maintain traceability matrices ensuring end-to-end linkage from workflows to configuration and validation outcomes.
Oversee validation activities and produce Configuration Validation Results.
Collaborate with technical teams to align builds with approved requirements.
