Job summary
Peraton is seeking an architectural lead to migrate AFRH’s legacy clinical, dental, pharmacy, and administrative data into MHS GENESIS. You will own the end-to-end migration design and drive source-to-target mapping as part of a cross-functional team.
Lead the Senior Data Engineers, ETL Analysts, and Data Quality team, define tooling standards, and coordinate with government review and cutover planning.
Qualifications
- Lead data migration on large EHR consolidation programs.
- Deep source-to-target mapping and canonical modeling.
- Hands-on with reconciliation and data quality rules.
- Experience with HL7 v2 / FHIR / CCDA data.
Responsibilities
- Design the end-to-end data migration architecture.
- Own source-to-target mapping decisions and data model reconciliation to MHS GENESIS.
- Lead the Senior Data Engineers, ETL Analysts, and Data Quality team through execution.
- Define migration tooling architecture and automation standards.
- Partner with the Chief Architect, Integration Lead, and Cutover Manager on sequencing and dependencies.
- Drive the data-quality framework — rules, thresholds, reconciliation reporting.
- Produce migration architecture artifacts for Government review.
