Job summary

ECHO Consulting Group in Puerto Rico seeks an EH&S specialist to lead and support environmental health and safety programs. Under minimal supervision, you'll design, implement, and manage EH&S initiatives, acting as a technical specialist with cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene or Bachelor’s with relevant experience.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, or OSHA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EH&S regulations and risk management.
• Experience supporting capital projects in regulated facilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exposure assessments for chemical, physical, and biological hazards (air sampling, noise survey, dosimetry).
• Provide SME support in Hearing Conservation, Respiratory Protection, Chemical Management.
• Develop and implement EH&S programs and controls.
• Deliver training to employees on workplace hazards and safe practices.
• Support incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
