Dow Chemical Company is seeking a Senior Environmental Health & Safety Specialist in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, Canada. You will implement the EH&S management system, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with business objectives while protecting the environment and employees.

You will support the Path2Zero initiative and drive continuous improvement in environmental protection, industrial hygiene, and workplace safety across the plant.

• Serves as primary contact for EH&S concerns within the plant.
• Educates and coaches teams on EH&S best practices.
• Assists in setting and meeting EH&S targets at plant/department level.
• Verifies completion of regulatory and compliance tasks.
• Conducts environmental and industrial hygiene monitoring, data gathering and reporting.
