American Water seeks an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to lead EH&S programs at MSG and/or CSG locations, ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal requirements while safeguarding staff and operations.

You will train staff, coordinate audits, maintain EMPs and regulatory reports, and serve as the primary trainer and contact for regulators, inspectors and auditors, driving safety excellence across the sites.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in sanitary, chemical, civil, environmental, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in water/wastewater and 3+ years in compliance for EH&S programs.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience and industry EH&S certifications a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop and improve environmental compliance programs and systems.
• Train and oversee EMP, Plans, and SOP implementations for facilities.
• Maintain permit records, reports, and water quality data using CMMS/QA systems.
• Interface with regulators, inspectors, and auditors as primary POC.
• Lead field and office EH&S activities ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
