WACKER, a leading chemical company, seeks a Sr. EHSS Specialist for our Calvert City, KY site. You will drive hazard analyses, incident investigations, and procedure development, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong safety performance across the plant.

The role emphasizes audits, corrective actions, and collaboration with regulatory bodies. You will lead safety programs, support emergency response, training, and ISO/OSHA compliance, while traveling up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of EHSS experience in industrial/manufacturing/chemical environments.
• 3+ years of OSHA PSM facility experience preferred.
• Experience with Process Hazards Analysis.
• Root Cause Analysis experience; TapRoot preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Responsabilités

• Lead hazard analyses, inspections, investigations, and procedure development.
• Manage EHSS compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Coordinate audits and corrective action tracking for PSM, Safety, and Loss Prevention.
• Represent the site in regulatory meetings and external audits.
• Support incident investigations and safety training initiatives.
• Ensure timely maintenance of safety controls and P&ID accuracy.
