Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 13 years of construction safety experience (warehouse/industrial preferred).
• CHST certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Unit EH&S program for Smith Group of Americas Construction.
• Execute EH&S policies and ensure compliance across all warehouse project sites.
• Provide leadership in decision-making on key EH&S risks and challenges.
