Khan Academy Kids is seeking a Senior Efficacy Research and Psychometrics Analyst to strengthen the evidence base for assessments and learning content for PreK–2. You will lead external psychometric partnerships, manage data extracts, and translate findings into product improvements.

You will own analytics reporting and KPI dashboards, building data pipelines and recurring reports for leadership, philanthropy, and school partnerships teams, while collaborating with product and engineering

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in psychometrics, educational measurement, quantitative methods or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead psychometric and efficacy research partnerships with external partners.
• Analyze data, extract and share data securely for recurring studies.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and recurring reporting for leadership and partnerships.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to translate findings into product improvements.
