Job summary

Cherokee Strategic Edge is seeking an Effects Planner to support USSOCOM. The Effects Planner facilitates and coordinates all aspects of operational-level planning, synchronization, and integration.

Requires active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph. Position is full-time with benefits and is restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics, assessments, target development, and planning advocacy for subordinate commands.
• Lead cross-functional planning teams to synchronize effects into an operational plan.
• Draft CONPLANs, OPORDs, and planning guidance; brief senior leaders on plans.
• Analyze guidance to ensure plans align with strategic directives.
• Identify vulnerabilities and develop MOPs/MOEs to assess success.
