NYU Langone Health in New York seeks a Senior Electroneurodiagnostic Tech to oversee and perform routine, ambulatory, and bedside EEGs, including complex EEG, intraoperative grid hook-up and video-monitoring.

You will maintain electrode integrity, archive patient files, and support education of EEG trainees while collaborating with neurologists and staff. The role requires ABRET credentials, several years of EEG experience, and strong communication in a busy clinical setting.

Qualificações

• R.EEG.T registration from ABRET is required.
• Three years of video EEG experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Additional ABRET certifications in CLTM monitoring are advantageous.
• Certified in BCLS is required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee routine, ambulatory, and bedside EEGs with high technical competency.
• Assist in intraoperative grid hook-up and video monitoring.
• Maintain electrode integrity and archive patient data.
• Educate students and shadow EEG training programs.
• Prepare descriptive reports and notify physicians of abnormalities.
