Job summary

Pearson is seeking a part-time Learning Facilitator to deliver web-based or onsite product training and PD for educators. The role requires MTSS/assessment support experience, strong communication, and travel during peak season (July-October).

You will partner with school leaders to use data-based decisions and TEAM structures to improve outcomes. The ideal candidate holds a master’s in educational leadership or related field, plus significant experience with assessment instruments and PD

Qualifications

Master's degree in educational leadership, School Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
Bachelor's degree with five years of admin/assessment experience.
Experience delivering professional development to educators.
Test administration and scoring for preK-12 measures.
Experience with aimswebPlus, DRA3, WriteToLearn or similar tools.
Proficiency with educational technologies and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers onsite or web-based.
Collaborate with Pearson internal team on product releases and training revisions.
Plan and travel independently during peak seasons.
Work with customers to identify training needs and tailor sessions.
